1. Seller Lists Reservation

Verification Process:

  • Seller provides reservation confirmation number and check-in date

  • System validates reservation directly with hotel PMS via Mews API

  • Ownership verification ensures seller is the legitimate reservation holder

  • Property details and booking information are confirmed in real-time

Listing Creation:

  • Verified reservation becomes available on marketplace

  • Seller sets competitive pricing for transfer

  • Hotel receives notification of pending transfer request

2. Hotel Approval Required

Quality Control:

  • Hotel reviews transfer request through standard PMS interface

  • Property can approve or reject based on operational requirements

  • Guest substitution policies and preferences are enforced

3. Buyer Purchase & Verification

4. Automated Ownership Transfer

5-Step PMS Integration:

  • Step 1: Add buyer as authorized companion to reservation

  • Step 2: Transfer primary reservation ownership to buyer

  • Step 3: Remove original booker as companion

  • Step 4: Transfer billing responsibility to new owner

  • Step 5: Verify complete ownership transition

Error Handling:

  • Any step failure triggers automatic rollback

  • Failed transfers result in full buyer refunds

5. Confirmation & Payout

Transaction Completion:
